Description of the holiday rental
4.5 room flat on 2 floors 180m2. Easy accessible through tunnel and lift until the house. There is no lift in the house.
3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms (each room has its own bathroom), spacious attic with south/west-facing balcony and magnificent view of the Matterhorn, modern open-plan kitchen with fondue set, Nespresso machine, (fireplace not in operation), 2 large dining tables, sofa, TV corner, Wifi. Modern chalet style with thoughtful materialisation.
The chalet Calmis was built in 2014 in a rustic contemporary style. The apartment we´re renting is our own vacation getaway, which we designed with loving detail and the use of natural materials. The chalet is located in one of Zermatt´s most charming neighborhoods and within easy walking distance of the supermarket (450 m/500 yds), bus stop (200 m/220 yds), train station (700 m/760yds). All cable car and mountain train stations are reachable within a 7-10 minute walk. Thanks to the chalet´selevated, quiet and sunny location, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Matterhorn and the wider mountain panorama. The skiroom is equipped with a heater for ski boots. The chalet is accessible from the street via an elevator.Long-term renters live in ground floor apartment
There are 2 bedrooms designated for 2 people each. If a 3rd bedroom is desired, please book for 5 people instead of 4
