Description of the holiday rental
The duplex penthouse apartment has three bedrooms, one of which has a unique character due to the sloping roof. The apartment offers a frontal view of the Matterhorn.
The lower floor has a bedroom, a spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with shower/WC and a washing machine and dryer.
The upper floor comprises two further bedrooms and a shared bathroom with shower/WC.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, including an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher.
The living area has a fireplace, a pull-out sofa and access to a large corner balcony. From here, you can enjoy the view of the Matterhorn.
The Maryland apartment building is located in a quiet and idyllic yet central location directly on the Matter Vispa in Zermatt. The spacious maisonette apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and offers views of the Matterhorn.
The property is about a 5-minute walk from the railway that leads to the Klein Matterhorn.
