Spacious, bright and friendly 3½ room flat on the 1st floor with a separate entrance and outside staircase. Quiet location with sunny balcony. The unobstructed view overlooks the valley with nature reserve and the mountains.
The living room is furnished with 2 leather sofas and a large dining table, TV and Internet. The two bedrooms with large windows each have 1 double bed with 2 single mattresses (200x90), a large wardrobe and small desk and can also be used as a retreat.
The separate kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine and dishwasher, while the bathroom has a bathtub (incl. shower), WC, bidet and washbasin. The entrance area with wardrobe is separate. The parking space in the underground car park, ski and bicycle room are free of charge. Pets are not allowed.

The Chesa Averts is located 5 minutes' walk from Zuoz railway station and shopping facilities (Coop etc.), 2 minutes' walk from the ski lift. The free local bus to the cross-country skiing centre stops directly in front of the house. The ski paradise for children is within walking distance. There is a large fenced area in front of the house. The flat is family-friendly, discounts for lower occupancy are possible.

Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen lakes of the Upper Engadine sparkle with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl. Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or sledge down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.

Numerous proud patrician houses such as the Chesa Planta confidently present their typical bay windows and sgraffito decorations. Mysterious alleyways invite you to explore the village's colourful past. The magnificent 18-hole golf course, the inline skating track and the wide range of hiking and biking options provide a modern splash of colour. A special highlight of Zuoz is a visit to Badilatti, the highest coffee roastery in Europe. In winter, the Engadin Skimarathon cross-country ski trails are right outside the village and the family-friendly ski area offers skiing fun for all levels of ability.
