Description of the holiday rental
Bright 1 ½ room flat on the 1st floor, 32m2, of the house Chesa Blais. Quiet location with sunny balcony. The living and dining room is comfortably and functionally furnished.Two single beds with Nordic duvets. The wardrobe offers enough storage space
The well-equipped kitchen has a cooker with 4 hotplates, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, fondue set.
The flat has vinyl flooring with a wood look. There is an open wardrobe in the entrance area.
The flat offers free WiFi, SAT-TV. Pets are not allowed. It is a non-smoking flat.
It has five visitor parking spaces in front of the house. Parking space in the underground garage is available for rent.
In the basement with separate entrance is the ski or bike room.
Situated in the lower part of the village, approx. 7 minutes walk to the cross-country skiing/golf/horseracing centre and 11 km long inline skating track, 5 minutes to the railway station and shopping. In winter free local bus to the cross-country skiing centre and to the Zuoz skiing area, village bus stop 3 min. away. A cross-country skiing trail passes in the immediate vicinity of the house.
The Chesa Blais is an ideal starting point for many activities. Hiking in the entire Upper and Lower Engadine. An unforgettable experience for young and old is the Val Trupchun near S-chanf. It is the valley with the most wildlife in the Swiss National Park. The entire Engadine is very bike-friendly. Along the way there are cosy rest areas with barbecue sites and swimming opportunities.
