Location and general information:
The Chesa Fusso property is located on a slight slope on the edge of the old village centre of Zuoz. The village centre, shopping facilities, restaurants and the international Lyceum Alpinum are close to Chesa Fusso. There is a free local bus service to the nearby Zuoz ski area, which stops close to the house. From the living room and the balcony you can enjoy the view of the mountain panorama opposite (the balcony is shared with the neighbouring flat). The house is very quiet. A reserved garage parking space belongs to the flat. There is no lift in the house. Pets are not allowed in the Chesa Fusso. Smoking is not permitted in the flat.

The holiday flat on the top floor has a bedroom, a bathroom and a cosy living/dining room with separate kitchen.

Furnishings:
The living rooms, bedrooms and kitchen are fitted with parquet flooring, the floor and walls of the bathroom are covered with ceramic tiles. In the living room there is a cosy sofa and a dining table for 4 people. The master bedroom has a total of three single beds (short length). The bathroom contains a washing machine, a shower, a washbasin and a toilet and has a window. The modern kitchen has a ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is a television in the living room. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

The townscape of Zuoz is considered to be the most beautiful in the Upper Engadine. Numerous proud patrician houses such as the Chesa Planta confidently present their typical bay windows and sgraffito decorations. Mysterious alleyways invite you to explore the village's colourful past. The magnificent 18-hole golf course, the inline skating track and the wide range of hiking and biking options provide a modern splash of colour. A special highlight of Zuoz is a visit to Badilatti, the highest coffee roastery in Europe. In winter, the Engadin Skimarathon cross-country ski trails are right outside the village and the family-friendly ski area offers skiing fun for all levels of ability.

Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.

Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
