Comfortable, spacious 2½ room apartment in a quiet, sunny location with a large balcony.
Location and general information: The Chesa Lodola was built in 2007 and meets today's building standards. The apartment is located in the Vuorcha quarter, close to the train station and within walking distance to the village centre. The house has a communal laundry room. A reserved garden place belongs to the apartment. The house has a lift. Pets are not allowed in the Chesa Lodola. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Room layout: The apartment at Chesa Lodola has a spacious double bedroom with large built-in cupboards. In the bathroom there is a bathtub with glass partition, a double sink and a toilet. A spacious living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen completes the room offer. Between the corridor and the living room are two bunk beds, which are suitable for two more persons. This additional sleeping area can be separated from the corridor by a sliding door. From the living room you have direct access to the large south-facing balcony with a beautiful view.
Appointments: The apartment in the Chesa Lodola is tastefully furnished with larch and pine wood in a modern, alpine style and equipped with contemporary comfort. Larch wood parquet flooring has been laid throughout the apartment, stone slabs have only been used in the bathroom. In the kitchen there is a glass ceramic hob with a steam extractor, an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment is equipped with Swisscom-TV and free W-Lan.
A very comfortable, tastefully furnished bijou for connoisseurs!
