Description of the holiday rental
The large studio is on the ground floor of an apartment building. A quiet sunny outside place with view of the Inn and the mountains,invite you to linger. Table, chairs and deck chairs are available.
The train station, bakery and Coop can be reached in 7 minutes on foot.
In summer, mountain railways in the upper Engadine are included in the rental price. The cross-country ski trails and the bus stop to the ski area are 400m away.
Comfortably furnished apartment with pinewood buffet, seating area, dining table with 4 chairs, double bed with 2 single mattresses. Swisscom TV and free WiFi.
The kitchen is separated by a sliding door. Oven, large ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine and crockery for 4 people are available.
The bathroom has a bathtub with shower attachment, toilet and washbasin with mirror cabinet.
Entrance with cloakroom and three-door built-in cupboard and slab floor. Living area with wooden floor.
In the basement there is a bicycle and ski room as well as the opportunity to wax skis.
Use of the laundry room is included with a rental period of 2 weeks.
Non smoking apartment and no pets allowed.
The underground car park with direkt access to the house is charged separately. Guestss arriving by train can be picked up on request.
