Renovated, comfortable 2½ room apartment in a quiet location on the 2st floor with fireplace and balcony directly at the valley station of the chairlift Chastlatsch.

Location and general information:
The apartment in the Chesa Terza is situated in a beautiful panoramic location with south-east orientation directly at the valley station of the chairlift Chastlatsch in walking distance to the village centre and the railway station. In the house there is a common laundry room. A reserved garage place belongs to the apartment on the same floor where the apartment is located. There is a lift in the house. Pets are welcome at the Chesa Terza. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

Room layout:
The apartment in the Chesa Terza has a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, a living/dining room and a separate kitchen. In the bathroom there is a bathtub with glass partition. The separate, modern kitchen with wooden fronts is equipped with a window. The living and dining room has a generous glass front to the balcony, which makes the apartment extraordinarily bright and sunny. The apartment has a small, wind-protected balcony. In the living room there is a fireplace for cosy evenings by the fireplace.

Amenities and facilities:
The apartment is equipped with modern comfort. In the whole apartment a bright slab floor is laid. In the kitchen there is a glass-ceramic hob with a steam vent, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment is equipped with Swisscom TV and free W-Lan.

A small, sunny home for skiers and connoisseurs, gladly also with dog!
