The apartment D3 has a parking space in the house's own garage. There is a lift in the house. Pets are not allowed in the Chesa Tschuetta. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Chesa Tschuetta has a communal barbecue area in the garden, which can be used by all residents. In the immediate vicinity of Chesa Tschuetta is the public car park, which can be used for parking other vehicles. Room layout: The apartment at Chesa Tschuetta has two large double bedrooms and two bathrooms and is suitable for a family with children as well as four adults. One bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washbasin and toilet, in the other bathroom there is a shower in addition to the toilet and washbasin. The large living/dining room with open kitchen, fireplace and balcony facing south invites you to stay. Thanks to the large window front in the living room the apartment is very bright and sunny. In the corridor, the wet cells and in the kitchen ceramic tiles were used. In the spacious kitchen there is a glass ceramic hob with steam extractor, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment is equipped with Swisscom TV and free W-LAN. A spacious, family-friendly apartment in a central location, also suitable for rail travelers!
