We rent out the upper floor of our holiday house, which includes 3.5 rooms. The upper floor features a modern kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, and oven. The kitchen is open to the living room. From the living room, you can access the balcony as well as the two surrounding terraces, offering a wonderful view of the Glarus mountain landscape. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is a bathroom with a shower. We lovingly renovated the chalet two years ago. The entire house is fitted with new, beautiful parquet floors. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom are heated with underfloor heating. There is a Swedish stove in the living room. It is possible to rent the lower floor with two additional sleeping facilities and a private bathroom for an extra charge. The upper floor is suitable for four people. The chalet is located right next to the Schwettiberglädeli. The Mattwald ski lift is a five-minute walk away. The Gumenbahn cable car is approximately a 20-minute walk away.
