This lovely little 2nd floor attic apartment has a kitchen with coffee machine, fridge, hotplates and oven; colourfully furnished south-facing living room with radio and TV; one south-facing double bedroom with a separate nische with a bed sofa for 2 people; shower/WC. The apartment is ideal for relaxing holidays, romantic holidays for 2 or for small families. The Haus Casagrande is in the centre of Brienz, just 30m from the lake and is close to the train station, restaurants, bakery, shops, boat jetty and the Brienz Rothorn railway station. It is also close to the lake and has breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. Apartment size = 72m2. Note: Until mid-June is no parking available (remodeling). Parking tickets are available at the tourist office (fee of CHF 5.00/day). Attention: There is construction work going on in the building next door until the end of October 2013.
