Description of the holiday rental
The recently renovated (2003) 1st floor apartment is comfortably furnished with TV and radio. The separate kitchen has a coffee machine, fridge, hotplates and oven. One double bedroom and 1 south-facing bedroom with bunk beds. Small bathroom with bath and WC. The Haus Casagrande is in the centre of Brienz, just 30m from the lake and is close to the train station, restaurants, bakery, shops, boat jetty and the Brienz Rothorn railway station. It is also close to the lake and has breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. Apartment size = 72m2. Note: Until mid-June is no parking available (remodeling). Parking tickets are available at the tourist office (fee of CHF 5.00/day). Attention: There is construction work going on in the building next door until the end of october 2013.
