Casa San Martino, owned by the landlord family since 1901, is situated directly on the shores of the spectacular Lake Maggiore, opposite the Brissago Islands.
The 3 flats are quiet and bright with balconies and views of the lake. The garden with deckchairs and direct access to the lake is at your disposal. Ferries to the Brissago Islands and Ascona depart just 30 metres away. The bus stop is 50 metres away.
Situated directly on the clear waters of Lake Maggiore, this wonderful standard flat 3 with 2 separate bedrooms will be your home from home. The flat is slightly larger than the standard flat 2 and offers you, among other things, a walk-in shower with massage.
