Description of the holiday rental

In our 3 family house we rent a nice 1 room flat for 1 - 2 persons on the ground floor. The bedroom is equipped with a modern folding bed 140x200cm, can be used as a desk during the day, folding dining table with 2 chairs, TV with satellite reception and various cupboards. The small kitchen is separated by a sliding door. It is equipped with 2 hotplates, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and crockery. The bathroom with shower and WC is separate. Our garden can be shared and invites you to linger. The house is located near 2 flowing waters (Bächlein and Leewasser), where ducks and swans visit us. The SBB railway line is behind the house, covered by noise barriers. Vis à vis, the lorries are cleaned with high pressure, which can lead to noise emissions. Pets are very welcome. Our dog and 2 cats look forward to company. Other sports and leisure activities: Hiking, cycling, skiing etc . About 30–45 minutes to ski area.
