"Daniele", 3-room apartment on 2 levels. Spacious and bright, comfortable and cosy furnishings: open large living/dining room with panoramic window with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, fondue Set (cheese)) with dining table. Shower/bidet/WC. Heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 double bedroom with panoramic window with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the patio. Luggage room with Dressing room, without window. Bath/WC. Small balcony 6 m2, south facing position, small patio, south-east facing position. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Fire extinguisher, no lift.
