The houseis on a cul-de-sac, Via Val Runchetta 7, in a very quiet area.
The laundry room in the basement can be used with a coin-operated machine. Pets are welcome in this house. In the stairwell on the upper floor there is a cleaning cupboard with a vacuum cleaner, utensils for shared use.
