A cosy, historic chalet from 1915 at the foot of the Marguns-Corviglia skiing, hiking and biking area invites you to a comfortable holiday. The 4.5 room flat on the 1st floor has two double rooms - each with 160x200 and 180x200 bed - as well as a nice small double room with two single beds, each with 90x200 bed. In the cosy living room with lots of wood and charm you can enjoy the evening hours, in sunny weather also on the balcony facing west. The simple, but fully equipped kitchen-dining room with the fragrant Arvent table and corner bench is another place to linger. In the bathroom you will find a washbasin, toilet and bathtub with shower. Discover the many beautiful details of the Alpenchic furnishings.
Railway fans will also enjoy the opportunity to photograph the famous red RHB trains from the window. The train station is just a minute's walk from the chalet. The cross-country skiing trails, various shopping facilities and a variety of restaurants are within walking distance. You can leave the car right in front of the chalet and start your daily excursions on foot or with the nearby public transport with a clear conscience. Ski, cross-country ski and bike rentals are also all within walking distance. Enjoy a comfortable ski in - ski out holiday with the whole family.
