In a typical chalet of the valley d'Illiez, completely renovated in 2012 with elegance, splendid apartment on the second floor in a quiet area but in the meantime very close to the center of the village.The entrance hall is overlooking the living room: on the left there is a large dining table and on the right side of the lounge there is a flat screen TV and a DVD Blu-Ray, with exit onto the balcony.The kitchen island separates those two rooms and is furnished with a gas hob, dishwasher, oven, plancha, kettle, pan for "fondue", rackets grill, nespresso machine, and a toaster.4 bedrooms: 2 overlooking on the living room.The first one with 2 separable beds and a sink, the other one with 2 big beds (width: 120 cms).1 bathroom with bathtub, bidet and WC.1 shower room with WC.The third room is an ensuite room overlooking on the lounge with bathroom (bathtub, bidet and WC), a dressing room and a fireplace.There is also a boudoir closed to this room with an additional bed.The last bedroom is on the top floor, with 1 double bed and one single bed and a bathroom with bathtub and WC.In common with the other apartments, large garden, pétanque field.
