Description of the holiday rental
Very quiet 4.5 room apartment in the center of Churwalden. The fast chairlift to the top skiing and hiking area Lenzerheide/Arosa is only 8 minutes walk away, also the post bus station and shopping facilities (Coop and Migros). You can ski directly from the Pradaschier chairlift to our house. We always receive great guest feedback, unfortunately this cannot be displayed on E-Domizil as we do the rentals on our own.
Beautiful apartment approx. 95 m2, which was renovated between 2015 and 2023 (new windows). The living room is comfortably furnished with a Swedish stove and new parquet flooring. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, 1 children's room with bunk beds, 1 WC and 1 bathroom with shower and WC.
Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, blender, raclette/fondue: well-equipped kitchen. Washing machine in the house. TV, radio, WLAN and Playstation PS3. 2 parking spaces included: one covered parking space plus one outdoor parking space.
Great garden seating area! Garden table 2.60m with chairs for 12 people. Outdoor fireplace with barbecue grill. Evening sun from spring to fall. Very child-friendly with lots of games, bobsleigh etc. Community children's playground 200m away.
The great advantages of this apartment: very quiet, centrally located, modern furnishings, beautiful garden seating area, mountain view, well equipped with excellent value for money.
