Shelter in the wilderness

The cosy flat is located in the centre of the village, on the square, and is comfortably furnished. It is a three-family house owned by the owner. The flat is independent of the other two flats (occupied only a few days a year) and has its own entrance. You can park your car in front of the house and the post bus stop is two minutes away.

Free Wi-Fi and a video and DVD player are available. A French door leads from the living room to a terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the valley. There are comfortable armchairs with cushions and a side table, ideal for a morning coffee or an aperitif.

In the garden, with a typical granite fountain, there is a sofa with small table and a dining table with chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and raclette grill. Two coffee capsule bars are always offered. Everything you would normally need is there.

In Russo, the village before Crana, there is a small grocery shop. Five minutes from the flat is the village restaurant 'Grotto Cacciatori', with simple but typical Ticino cuisine.

For hikers, there are several paths from Crana, such as the 'Terme di Craveggia', which can be reached from Spruga.
It is also worth taking a walk on the other side of the valley, in Vergeletto, where you can walk along the river and take the cable car to Alpe Salei.

In Loco, fly-fishing is very popular on the river Isorno. Furthermore, in about 60 minutes you can reach the famous Splash & Spa in Rivera, where you can relax from the stress of everyday life.
The Lido di Locarno, with its lake and swimming pools, can also be reached in about 40 minutes.
