Beautiful, modern, fully furnished holiday home with approximately 170m2 of living space on three levels. The house was built in the year 2011 and has hardly been used, which is why it appears very new. Large windows fronts in the living area bring a lot of light and sun into the house. It is located in the quiet village of Cumbel in a prime location with good sun exposure and breathtaking views of the mountains and the valley opposite. The house offers a loggia/balcony as well as several outdoor areas/seatings. This fully-equipped holiday house additionally offers the followoing: charcoal grill/gas grill, fire place, several sun loungers for outside, two relaxing armchairs electronically adjustable for inside, ski boot warmer, baby bed and much more. Handsoap, showergel, wood for the fire place and coffee capsules are availalbe and included in the price. Distance to next skiresort Mundaun/Obersaxen: 2 minutes, Distance to Laax: 15 minutes, distance to Lake Cauma: 20 minutes. Many hiking and biking trails near the house. Ideal for a larger groups as each bedroom has its own bathroom.
Check-in and check-out times are flexible, except for Christmas, New Year and February. During this time the earliest possible check-in is at ca. 5:00 p.m. and check-out at ca. 12:00 p.m
