Hair dryer. Iron. Washing machine and dryer in the apartment. 1 parking place in the underground parking. Ski room. Internet access. Pets not allowed. NON-SMOKING APARTMENT. Attention: Construction site at the house from spring 2024 until autumn 2024: There will be scaffolding surrounding the building and at some points the balcony/terraces will not be usable. Some noise disturbance during the day should be expected. The rental price is reduced during this period.
