Description of the holiday rental
We have a family flat > it is therefore not available for youth groups and party fans!
Thank you for your understanding.
Our 4.5 room penthouse was completed in 2016 with Minergie-P certification. The modern house has a comfort ventilation system (air is cleaned automatically) and central underfloor heating, which is fuelled by pellets. The finishes are carefully crafted using high-quality materials from the region. The flat is cleaned by our contact person and the Green&Clean cleaning team using ecological means (em kraft). There are two other flats in the house, which are rented out to local residents all year round. We would like to thank you in advance for your consideration for other residents and for taking note of the house rules, which are posted in the stairwell.
The flat is very bright, cosy and offers everything you could wish for. On the balcony, with a wonderful view of the Signina group, the meadow to the mountain railways and Flims Waldhaus, you can fully enjoy beautiful moments.
The location of the house is very quiet as it is in the middle of the old village centre of Flims. The view of the roofs, the Flimserstein, the valley and the landscape is unique. There is no traffic, apart from the neighbours, as Via Davos is a dead end. The enclosed car park under the house guarantees guests a parking space where they can leave their car without any worries and will only need it again when they leave. Everything is easily accessible on foot, by shuttle or post bus. Take it easy. A multi-purpose room for all residents and their bikes, skis, sledges etc. is also available in the garage.
The flat is family friendly, there are books, games and toys and if there is a baby with you, we have a folding bed at no extra charge. 2 high chairs for the little ones, cable TV, radio and Wifi access and the tourist tax per day/person are included in the rent. You will find all the necessary information in the blue folder on the bookshelf.
In the new "Stenna" near the mountain railways there is a large grocery shop, a pharmacy, restaurants and shops, and even a cinema. The small local shops on the main street in Flims offer variety and fond memories of your holiday.... Why don't you stop by there too, the owners will be delighted.
The surroundings of Flims are unique. In winter everything for skiing and hiking and in summer everything for nature lovers, hiking, lakes, climbing, biking...... a paradise for families and sports enthusiasts. There is a golf course in Sagogn just 8 kilometres from Flims.
We love Flims, our flat! You will realise this as soon as you enter and we are pleased that you can also benefit from it. We wish you a pleasant and enjoyable stay and look forward to your visit.
