Description of the holiday rental
Our cozy apartment is fully equipped. A large 1.5 room apartment which is located very close to public transport including shuttle to the mountain railways (50 m) and grocery stores. The Flims, Laax, Falera (Arena/Flem Express) ski area, can be reached in just 7 minutes on foot.
The large living room has a couch, dining table and folding beds that can be used when occupied by 4 people.
There is also a separate room which can be separated with a sliding door. This room has 2 x 90cm beds which can be used either individually or as a double bed.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub (shower integrated) as well as a mirror cabinet / toilet, hair dryer etc
In this sunny apartment you have a wonderful view of the mountains from the balcony. The apartment offers you 40m2 of living space, flat screen TV, WiFi and a windless balcony.
The kitchen is equipped with the most important household appliances including a fondue caquelon.
The next bigger city, Chur, is only 10km or 15min away by car.
For electric cars there is a parking space with charge option for 0.50CHF / Kwh.
Other bedroom furniture (Bedroom1): 2 x 90cm beds which can be used individually or to form a double bed.
