Spacious, quiet, partially renovated 4.5 room holiday apartment, on the first floor of the quietly situated two-family house in Flims-Waldhaus.
Garage, laundry room and garden are at the free disposal of the tenants. The apartment is facing south-west, very sunny and bright, with two balconies and a large terrace.
Large living room with high ceiling, gallery and fireplace (glazed). New parquet floors in all rooms. Nice bath/WC and shower/WC. Open kitchen with extendable table for 5-8 persons.
The apartment offers sleeping accommodation for 5 persons. Free internet.
The apartment is the starting point for easy and beautiful hikes in the Flimserwald with the 4 different mountain lakes (in summer up to 22 degrees warm).
In winter: 200 m distance to the stop of the free shuttle bus to the valley station of the mountain railways.
