The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building and has a sunny terrace with a view. The modern apartment is open and bright. Bainvgnü in the Chasa Fabulusa - Welcome to the comfortably furnished 2 ½-room flat with a wonderful view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. The flat is located in Ftan Sainas, directly at the cross-country skiing trail and the children's land Ftan as well as at the ski bus. The chairlift Ftan-Prui is easily accessible on foot or with the ski bus Ardez-Ftan and brings you quickly and reliably up the mountain and in winter directly to the snow sports area Motta Naluns.
Enjoy the tranquillity of one of the typical Engadine villages and let yourself be conquered by the unique natural and cultural landscape. Surrounded by sgrafitto-decorated houses, the Swiss National Park and a skiing and bathing offer that is second to none, you will be greeted by the locals with a friendly Allegra on the street. Ftan is situated on a sun-drenched plateau, away from the hustle and bustle. On the opposite side of the valley, the Lower Engadine Dolomites rise dominantly behind Tarasp Castle, embedding the village in the picture-book Alpine landscape. The 400-year-old Alpine Mill Ftan tells of the once rich grain culture.
