On the ground floor of house 117 Plaz is the non-smoking apartment with two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, and a living room. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. One bedroom is set up for 2 people (1 double bed). The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed and a double bed, suitable for 4 people. In the kitchen-living room, there is a dining table with a bench and chairs, but you can also eat at the large table in the hallway with a corner bench. In the living room, kitchen, entrance area, and bedrooms, there are electric direct heaters available. Please never place anything on or against the heaters, as fires can start. The kitchen and bathroom have electric floor heating. Please store your skis, snowboards, and sleds in the basement. There is also a shoe heater available there, where you can dry your shoes and gloves. You can park your car on the parking lot (sign "only for tenants family Lötscher 117A") in front of the Hotel Chalamandrin. This parking lot is also used by tenants of house 117A. Several cars can park next to and behind each other. Please coordinate with each other. In front of the village (at the Werkhof towards Ardez), there is parking lot 64 available, which belongs to the house. The village of Ftan is located on a sunny terrace at 1650m above sea level above Scuol in the Lower Engadine. Do you like animals? In Ftan, they still live in barns in the village, the sheep, goats, cows, water buffalo, and chickens. In the summer, the beautiful nature invites you to go hiking and cycling. Since 2019, Ftan has the wonderful lake Lai Padnal to offer, right above the village. In the winter, a chairlift leads directly from Ftan to the large ski area with the dream slopes of Scuol. The chairlift is a 5-minute walk from the house. Ftan is a popular holiday destination, picturesquely and quietly located, with a bakery and a grocery store for daily needs.
