Description of the holiday rental

The 3-room apartment is in a multifamily house and measures 50 square meters. It is situated in a quiet location with year round accessibility. The apartment is above the garage. The highlight in Winter is the ability to ski-in and ski-out directly from the front door. You can ski down to the new railway station “Terminal/V-Bahn” or to the Station “Grund” in less than 5 minutes. From homerun Nr. 23 “Aspen”, it is the possible to ski back to the apartment.  In Summer, it is a less than 10 minute walk to the railway station. The apartment has a balcony equipped with a gas grill and a terrace with a lovely seating area, facing the Eiger. The kitchen was renovated in 2014 and has a dishwasher, modern coffee machine, toaster, mixer, Swiss Fondue/Raclett Set, Spices: Everything you need for a pleasant stay. The newly furnished living room in 2019 is equipped with a modern TV + Radio System, WiFi access, bookshelf, games and drawing stuff for kids. The shower/toilet was renovated in 2020. The children’s bedroom is furnished with three beds, including one bunkbed. The masterbedroom has a queen size bed.
