Location and general information:
The Residenza Belvair is located two minutes' walk below Zuoz railway station in a quiet and sunny location in the Vuorcha district. The shopping facilities, the bus stop, the village centre and the shops of Zuoz are within easy walking distance. The free local bus, which takes you to the ski slopes and cross-country ski trails in winter, stops right by the house. Pets are not allowed in the Residenza Belvair. Smoking is not permitted in the flat. There is a lift in the house. The shared laundry room is located on the same floor as the flat. A reserved garage parking space is available for our guests.

Room layout:
The modern, as-new flat has two spacious double bedrooms and one single bedroom, a separate TV room, three bathrooms, a sunny living room with its own garden seating area and a cosy dining kitchen. The rooms are all very spacious.

Furnishings:
The master bedroom has a box-spring bed, while the second double room has two single beds and the children's room also has a single bed. Small desks are available in all bedrooms. Of the three bathrooms, two are equipped with showers and one with a bathtub. All bathrooms have a washbasin, a toilet and plenty of storage space. The modern kitchen includes a fridge with separate freezer, a ceramic hob with steam extractor, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. Swisscom TV and WLAN are available for free use.
