2½-room apartment, entrance hall with checkroom. Living room with kitchenette, dining area, TV and sofa corner with fireplace and a beautiful mountain view. One double bedroom. Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. A staircase leads to the open gallery, where there is a double bed. Not suitable for small children. One outdoor parking space. Non-smoking apartment. Pets are allowed.
HOUSE DESCRIPTION
The Chesa Prünella is located in the district of La Punt, on the Albula slope, with a magnificent view of the Val Chamuera. The train station and the bus stop are about 550m away. In the opposite district Chamues-ch you will find shopping facilities and the ski lift “Müsella”.
