Description of the holiday rental

As good as new, sunny 3½-room-maisonette-apartment at most beautiful view situation in the attic floor directly at the Inn.
Location and general information: The apartment in the Chesa Champagna is situated in the most beautiful panoramic location with south orientation at the entrance of La Punt Chamues-ch within walking distance to the village centre and the railway station. Two houses together with the large, level underground car park form a harmonious ensemble with a private, very sunny inner courtyard, which is available to all residents of the two houses. A barbecue and wooden benches and tables are available for common use. There are two communal laundry rooms in the house. A reserved garage space belongs to the apartment, furthermore there are visitor parking spaces in the garage and others at the garage entrance. The house has a lift. In the house Champagna there are three ski rooms, in which winter sports equipment can be parked. In the garage there are bicycle parking spaces available. House owners are warmly welcome at the Chesa Champagna. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Room layout: The apartment in the Chesa Champagna has two floors on the roof. On the lower floor there is a spacious entrance area with cloakroom and a guest toilet. The spacious living/dining room with adjoining kitchen opens to the south. The living room extends over two floors, whereby the carefully executed wooden construction of the roof is visible. In front of the living room there is a small balcony facing south. The view from the living room is unobstructable and extraordinarily beautiful. In the upper attic there are two bedrooms and a large bathroom. Also on the upper floor the rooms are very high and again the roof slope is visible in wood. While one bedroom is furnished as a double room, the second, equally large room has a second double bed and an additional single bed. In contrast to the living room, the windows of the two bedrooms face the Albula Pass. The bathroom, which is equipped with a bathtub, shower, double washbasin and toilet, is lit by daylight thanks to a skylight.
Amenities and facilities: The apartment is equipped with modern comfort. The floors are covered with tiles (bathrooms), laminate (living room) and parquet flooring (bedroom). In the kitchen there is a ceramic hob with a steam extractor, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher and a newpresso coffee machine. There is also a multi-function device with microwave, steamer and oven. The apartment is equipped with Swiss¬com-TV and free W-Lan.
A spacious, centrally located maisonette penthouse with all comforts and an exceptionally beautiful view!
