This stylishly furnished, high-quality 3.5-room apartment in authentic Grisons style is ideally located in the center of Laax Murschetg, just next to the valley station of the mountain railway, only a 2-minute walk away. In good snow conditions, you can even ski directly to the doorstep. The rental price includes 1 underground parking space and 1 outdoor parking space. The apartment offers spacious living areas and a tasteful interior. It features a small north-facing balcony off one of the bedrooms, while the generous south-facing balcony provides a unique view of the surrounding mountains. The very quiet, sunny apartment is located on the 3rd floor (accessible by elevator) and accommodates up to 6 people. It has 2 bedrooms: one with a king-size double bed and the other with 2 bunk beds. In addition to the beautiful, open kitchen and cozy living room, there is a bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. The toilet is separate. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, Nespresso capsule machine, Nespresso milk foamer, fondue and raclette sets, an oven and stove, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and a fridge with a freezer compartment.
