The main street with shops and numerous restaurants is not far away and invites you to take a leisurely stroll and shop and offers culinary delights for every taste. The stop for the free sports bus and the Tgiantieni Ski Lift is in the immediate vicinity in front of the house.
Lenzerheide also has a lot to offer for cross-country skiing enthusiasts: The cross-country skiing network in the Lenzerheide holiday region stretches from Lantsch/Lenz to Parpan and was recognized by the Swiss Loipen umbrella organization as one of the best areas in Switzerland.

In summer, the Heidsee invites you to linger with the water sports center and its unique sandy beach with children's adventure area, but also to an active summer holiday.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the mountains of Graubünden. This apartment offers space for couples (max. 6 adults) as well as for families (max. 4 adults with 2 children/teenagers) and is suitable for longer stays.
The apartment is furnished in a modern style. In the very well equipped kitchen - of course with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine - you will also find a raclette and fondue set for cozy evenings. The apartment offers two separate wet cells with shower and toilet. An outdoor parking space is available for you.
