- Living room with couch bed (2 places), fireplace, television (about 70 international channels), radio, south facing balcony
- Open kitchen, fully fitted (cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine)
- Bathroom with walk-in shower
- 1 parking place in garage
