Apartment with 2 1/2 rooms, about 48m2 in an apartment house, chalet style, situated near the railway station “village” for 2 adults and 1 child maximum, calm, breathtaking view with a big terrace/garden (30m2) south and east facing:
- Living room with sofa bed (1 child), dining corner for 4
- Free Wi-Fi and television, south facing terrace
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed
- Open kitchen fitted: cooker, fridge, oven with microwave, coffee machine, dish washer
- Bathroom with small walk-in shower
- Ski and laundry common rooms (to be paid)
- Private covered parking place

- No-smoker apartment
- Pets not allowed

Included in basic price:

Extra charges (obligatory):
- Cleaning package: CHF 150.-. (A supplement shall be charged in the case of excess)
- Tourist Tax: CHF 3.80 per adult/night, CHF 1.90 per child/night, CHF 1.90 per Senior/night
- Arrival outside opening hours/day: between CHF 50 and CHF 100
- Deposit: CHF 300.- blocked on a credit card at the arrival. The amount will be release 14 days after the departure.
