Description of the holiday rental
CASA NUCLEO is perfectly located in the historical Old Town of Locarno in the pedestrian zone. Entering from the alley you'll come first to the cool patio like entering another world. Behind the patio is a garden (at present without furniture). In the 1st floor - reachable by outside stairs (without elevator) - are 3 bedrooms offering place to sleep for 6 persons. For an additional 35 CHF/night a 7th or even a 8th person (with inflatable matress) can find a good space to sleep. In detail you find 2 double beds (160 cm each) and 3 single beds (90cm). Together with an inflatable matress a total of 8 persons can sleep in the apartment. There are 2 Shower/toilettes on this floor. Kitchen and sitting room are located on the ground floor. Adjacent is a tiny boutique (the seller has access to the kitchen during opening hours). The house was completely renovated in 2017; all installations and central heating are new. Your are welcome!
