The nostalgic BARONY LE PERGOLE with 3 villas and a total of 10 flats, all with private entrances directly from the outside (non-smoking) and of different sizes for 1-9 persons, is located in the most exclusive residential neighbourhood of the municipality of LUGANO, namely in Castagnola at the foot of "Monte Brè" near the lake and at the beginning of the romantic lakeside path to the picturesque fishing village of "Gandria". The exceptional historic residence is peacefully and sunnily enthroned away from any disturbance from municipal and cantonal roads above a terraced Mediterranean tree garden with palm trees between the private cul-de-sac "via Violetta" and the ancient olive footpath "Viottolo degli Agavi" of Lugano-Castagnola.

Communal indoor swimming pool 4x8 m for swimmers aged 8 and over accompanied by adults - subject to charge - in operation from June to September with 140 m2 of communal sun terraces with table tennis, deckchairs and parasols are available to guests.

However, in 130 m via private road + stairs down to the lake communal boat and bathing jetty (free of charge) and in 500 m

Living room with direct access to large terrace with lake view, dining table/chairs, deckchairs, sun tent, kitchen built into the living room behind 4 antique doors with its own window and exhaust air.

Other bedroom furnishings (bedroom 1): Bedroom with balcony and lake view. Sanded lacquer fitted furniture and wood panelling in matching colours with runners, lined linen curtains, bedspread and cylinder cushions, cot on request.

Other kitchen equipment (Kitchen1): Kitchen (with stainless steel and marble worktop) with window and concealed behind 2 antique double doors, making the living room even cosier after work. Much appreciated by German guests.
