Modern house, directly at the water front of lake Lungern. Ideal for summer and winter holidays. 15 minutes drive to the cable car station of Hasliberg skiresort. Centrally located for trips to the Bernaise Oberland or to lake Lucerne. NON-SMOKING HOUSE!
In oder to enjoy the lake or go fishing a small boat can be rented for a small aditional fee.
*The water level of the lake is during the months of January-May low as the water is used to produce hydro electricity.
The house is on the shallow end during this time.
