The 2 1/2-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a four-family house built in 2005 on the edge of Meiringen village. Separate entrance, covered seating area, apartment with open kitchen and dining area, spacious living room with sofa bed, radio, TV, electric fireplace, Internet connection, 1 double bedroom, WC/shower, reduit with closet and storage area, wardrobe, storage room for skis, bicycle. The apartment is in a quiet location, shopping facilities are nearby. Open parking lot in front of the house. Living space 60m2. The station can be reached on foot in 12 minutes. The Meiringen Hasliberg mountain railways can be reached in 10 minutes. The tennis and climbing hall as well as the swimming pool are in immediate proximity. So is the station of the Meiringen-Innertkirchen Railway, which takes you to other sights such as the Aare Gorge. The funicular to the Reichenbach Falls is also very close by (Sherlock Holmes). In summer there are many hiking possibilities.  Shortly 10 km away is the village of Brienz with Lake Brienz and the steam train to the Rothorn and the Ballenberg Open Air Museum of Switzerland. By car you can quickly reach Lucerne, Interlaken or over the Susten Pass to the canton of Uri and over the Grimsel Pass to Valais.
