Terrace furniture, barbecue. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars), in winter at 500 m. In the district of Les Clèves, on the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Nendaz sur les pistes, in a quiet, sunny position, 300 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. Private: garden with lawn. In the house: hot tub. Available: sledges for children. Motor access to the house, except in winter 500 m (via unmade road, mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars) at 500 m. Shop 1.8 km, supermarket 2.4 km, restaurant 400 m, bakery 1.9 km, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, bif.
