Description of the holiday rental

Bedroom:
1 bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, birch parquet floor. Baby cot available upon request.
Bed linen available at an extra charge.

Living room:
The living room has a sofa bed for 2 people. Access to the large corner balcony (southeast/southwest orientation, balcony furniture and awnings), open passage to the kitchen/dining area. Stereo system and satellite TV.

Kitchen:
The kitchen with a cozy dining area is fully equipped. Ceramic hob, oven, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, raclette grill and fondue caquelon.

Interior:
Tastefully and lovingly furnished apartment with underfloor heating (wood and tile floors) and large corner south-facing balcony. Carefully selected wall pictures contribute to the cozy character of the apartment.

The 2.5-room apartment (54m2) is located on the 1st floor of Haus Gadahüs 4 with a total of 6 residential units. In winter, it is possible to ski directly from the piste to the front door, in summer there is access to a variety of hiking and mountain biking opportunities in the immediate vicinity.

In the basement of the house there are ski rooms and lockable storage compartments for storing (winter) sports equipment, as well as a shared laundry room with washing machine, dryer and clothes lines. The apartment has a parking space in the underground garage with direct access to the house (additional parking options outside the house). The 5 houses of the entire Gadahüs complex are surrounded by spacious green areas, which also have a playground for small children and a barbecue area.

In just 200 meters, you can reach the Misanenga-Untermatt 4-seater chairlift, a central and quick access to the ski area. The Rufalipark (www.rufalipark.ch) with further sports and leisure facilities - such as an ice rink in winter or tennis courts in summer, bathing lake, playground, trampolines, beach volleyball, indoor playground, restaurant, etc. - is also right next door.
