Bedrooms:
3 bedrooms: One large bedroom with 2 single beds with en-suite bathroom with bathtub; one bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a French bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes or dressers. Bed linen included.

Living room:
An open living space with kitchen and dining area. The living room features an open fireplace (wood provided), a three-piece leather sofa set, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV (Google Chromecast and Apple Airplay), and a dining table with a bench and 3-5 chairs. A large balcony with an outdoor table and 4 chairs and a gas grill. Wi-Fi available throughout the apartment (free of charge).

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a ceramic hob with oven, a large fridge, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided), a toaster, a kettle, a raclette oven, and a fondue caquelon. Kitchen linens and 2 kitchen bags included.

Bathrooms:
2 bathrooms: One bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet/washbasin, the other bathroom with a shower and a toilet/washbasin. Towels not provided.

Other:

The cozy 4 1/2 room apartment (84 m2) with fireplace and 2 bathrooms, on the 2nd floor (no elevator), is in a multi-family house with a total of 6 apartments. The spacious and sunny balcony invites you to linger and enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains. In the basement, there is a private niche for skis and snowboards. A parking space in the underground garage with power outlet (220V) for e-bike or e-car is also available. In front of the house, there are 2 visitor parking spaces.

The apartment is not far from the ski slope. To reach the Meierhof valley station, you only need to cross the street and then continue skiing to the valley station (approx. 3 min). You can also drive directly from the slope to the house. In summer, it is wonderful for hiking, biking, or playing golf (Brigels/Sagogn). The Rufali Park, with 2 tennis courts (ice rink in winter), mini-golf table, and the small bathing lake, is very close by (walking distance approx. 10 min).

Shopping facilities are available in Affeier, Meierhof, or in Ilanz.
