Description of the holiday rental

Bedrooms:
2 bedrooms: One bedroom with a large double bed and one room with a bunk bed. Perfect for a family with one child. Both rooms have wardrobes.

Living room:
An open living area with kitchen/dining space. The living room features a dining table with four seating options, a double sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, and a balcony with a view towards the Oberalp Pass. Free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. A flat-screen TV with cable connection.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, a raclette oven, and a fondue pot.

Bathroom:
1 bathroom: Modern, small bathroom with a shower and WC/lavabo. Bathroom linen can be provided upon request.

Other rooms:
Shared use of the washing machine and tumble dryer possible upon request. Possible upon request for two adults and two children.

The 3-room apartment (1st floor) and the 2-room apartment (attic, 3rd floor) are located in a multi-family house with a total of 4 apartments. The house "Uf am Stutz" is situated in the hamlet of Misanenga in a sunny location and near the 4-seater chairlift Misanenga - Untermatt as well as Chummenbühl. On the ground floor there is a ski and drying room. A parking space is available directly at the house. Great view of the beautiful mountains just a few minutes' walk from the chairlift and from the Rufalipark with a lake (free of charge).

The Chummenbühl ski lift is accessible on skis. The ice rink, the Rufalipark - leisure facility with lake and large playground - and the new 4-seater chairlift Misanenga-Untermatt are 5 minutes' walk away. Shopping facilities are located in Obersaxen-Affeier (10 minutes' walk) and in Obersaxen-Meierhof (2 minutes by car).

Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation. Not wheelchair accessible.
