Location

The holiday apartment is located in the neighbouring town of Lugano, Paradiso and indeed enjoys a paradisal position to make the most of your stay on Lake Lugano. In just a quick few steps, you will reach the ferry terminal of Lugano Paradiso, the wide variety of restaurants, a supermarket as well as the train going through the main towns (Lugano, Bissone, Melide) on Lake Lugano.

The Paradiso Water Jet can be admired from the lakeshore deck, which is also just a stone’s throw from the apartment. And those who love hiking will find the funicular to San Salvatore just a minute’s walk from the holiday apartment. At Lugano, well-worth a visit are its Piazza della Reforma, Parco Ciani and Lido di San Domenico for a lakeside dip. You can let your hair down and party till the break of dawn in the several bars and discos in Lugano. Meanwhile, in Melide, guests can visit the amazing Swissminiatur, which is spread over a stunning 14000-square-metres and houses the miniature models of the best attractions in all of Switzerland.

For admirers of the Nobel Prize-winning author Herman Hesse, a museum dedicated to the novelist in Montagnola is just a 10-minutes drive from the holiday rental. The nearest international airport is Milan Malpensa, approximately a 1-hour drive away.
