"Cà Listra", 3-room cottage on 2 levels. Simple and rustic furnishings: open dining room with kitchen corner, radio and heating stove. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 small double bedroom with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Small living/sleeping room with 2 sofabeds (70 cm, length 180 cm), satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Please note: 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Fire extinguisher. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Lugano, Lago Maggiore, Locarno.
