Another highlight is the large terrace. The apartment also has a TV corner and a storage room. A shed next to the house provides space for storing sports equipment. The apartment was built with high-quality materials, blending wood with modern elements.
It comes with a reserved outdoor parking space. A communal laundry room is available for use once a week.
Due to the intensive construction season in the Engadin, there may be some disruptions and noise emissions from nearby construction sites during the summer months.
