Very central location. Bus stop directly in front of the house (No. 344 direction Stalden/Langis or No. 346 direction Ramersberg to bus stop Sonnenberg).

Large garden with shady trees. Part of it is fenced in and ideal for dogs. Thanks to the park-like grounds, the flat is pleasantly cool in midsummer without air conditioning. Terrace with table and chairs and parasol.

The flat is ideal for 2 people. Two extra beds are possible, so there is still enough space for everyone. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay: dining area, cutlery, plates, coffee machines (Nespresso and filter), microwave, oven, fridge, kettle.....

From the huge terrace you can enjoy the marvellous view of the mountains and the lake. Thanks to its central location, road traffic is to be expected during the day. Not ideal for people looking for absolute peace and quiet. Excellent as a starting point for excursions to the surrounding area.
