Description of the holiday rental
The Casa Blaunca is located in the Maiensäss called Blaunca, which is high above Lake Sils. The wonderfully unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains and the Silsersee will inspire you from the beginning. From spring to late autumn you have a place in the sun!
The house is rented exclusively in the summer half year and only for the hole season, 7 month from April 1 to October 31, price for 7 month Sfr 30'000
The change is generous and goes into blooming alpine pastures.
The house was built around the year 1800 and is equipped with slab and wooden floors. It was extensively renovated in 1992. The wet cells were last renovated in 2015. The furnishing is very stylish and modern and the kitchen and the bathroom meets the highest standards. There are three double bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with all useful appliances and with a large fridge. The wood stove in the living room provides cozy evening hours before the fire. The installation of TV and Internet access was deliberately dispensed with. On request, we rent a mobile hotspot to ensure the access to the Internet.
The access to the rental property requires a travel authorization, which we hand over to the guests upon arrival. Driving the natural road requires a certain safety of the vehicle driver.
