Lake St. Moritz and the athletics track are only a 5-minute walk away and the Signal cable car to the Corviglia ski area is also 10-minutes by foot. Limited number of outdoor parking spaces (for 1 car, not reserved) belonging to the flat.
Functional 2-room apartment on 1st floor. Approx. 54 m2. Living/dining room with sofabed. Double bedroom. South facing balcony. Separate kitchen with dishwasher. Bath/shower, WC. Elevator.
Attention: From 01.10.24 to the beginning of December 2024 there may be slight noise emissions due to work in an apartment in the building.
