Description of the holiday rental
2 ½ room flat (50 m2) on the first floor, ideal for couples or families. Cosy and invitingly furnished with 4 sleeping possibilities.
Living room with dining room, Wi-Fi and TV, two folding single beds, access to the south-facing balcony with views of the garden and mountains. Kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee machine (Nespresso), fridge and ice box, dab+ radio, etc. Spacious bathroom with bathtub, towel radiator and hairdryer. Bedroom with two separate single beds, which can be moved together if desired.
On arrival, the beds are freshly made, clean towels, bathroom carpet and kitchen towels are ready and extra pillows are available. Folding bed for infants (0-3 years) with mattress available on request.
Shared laundry room for a fee, a ski room and a lift.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome.
The apartment house is located in a quiet neighbourhood (Via Salet 10, St. Moritz-Bad) in a central and convenient location. Shops, bakery, pharmacy, bus stop, bar and restaurants are 150 metres away. Ski slope and cable car "Signalbahn" can be reached in 700m. The distance to the lake is 400m, the swimming pool and wellness centre are 900m away and the train station is 1200m away. There are public car parks nearby.

On 580 kilometres of hiking trails across all mountains or by mountain bike on 400 kilometres of enjoyable trails: the Upper Engadine offers a first-class network of hiking trails and mountain bike trails in the midst of the pristine mountain world and the inspiring Upper Engadine lake district. The three flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The expanse of the inspiring high valley can be experienced in a particularly impressive way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And in addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages.
In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen lakes of the Upper Engadine sparkle with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl. Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or sledge down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
